With 20+ years’ HR experience, Louise has worked with leading global organisations in a broad range of senior HR Business Partnering and Employee Relations roles.
She is expert at managing change programs and loves nothing more than helping clients to develop HR strategies that will facilitate future growth and profitability.
Louise holds a Masters of Industrial Relations and Human Resource Management from the University of Sydney, a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Newcastle and is completing a Graduate Certificate in Careers Education and Development at RMIT.
Membership & Certification
Louise is a Certified Practitioner and member of the Australian HR Institute (AHRI), and member of the Career Development Association of Australia (CDAA).
She is a certified practitioner of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator Global Assessment Tool, and the Strong Interest Inventory.
With a strong interest in philanthropy, Louise is the current Executive Events Chair at Melbourne Women’s Fund supporting vulnerable women and children in Melbourne.
On a personal note…
Originally from the Northern Beaches of Sydney, Louise moved to Melbourne in 2004 and has fully embraced Melbourne’s vibrant lifestyle. However, when it comes to deciding which city is more superior she definitely prefers to choose the best of both worlds.
